Barbell Maintenance Includes:

Removal of rust embedded within knuraling
Removal of sleeves
Removal of debris inside of sleeve & on bar
Re-lubrication inside of sleeve & on bar
Re-assembly of barbell

Bike Maintenance Includes:

Clean exterior of bike
Tighten all nuts & bolts
Tighten crank & handles
Fix sliding arm pully
Tighten small/large bike chain
Strip & re-lubricate chains

Rowers & Ski-erg Maintenance Includes:

Clean exterior of Erg
Removal of Fly-wheel
Removal of debris within Fly-wheel
Detailing of Fly-wheel
Strip & re-lubricate chain
